Lake Maggiore is a lake in northern Italy, near Milan. It holds deep emotional significance for the creator of WAIMBLUM. Its calm waters and mountainous landscape speak to a personal dream, to her journey through Italy, and to the experiences that shaped her along the way.

Photographing the collection there was a way of telling her own story through the lens. It is a love letter, a visual poem.
