Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Waimblum. By browsing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern the relationship between Waimblum and you.

1. General

The use of this website and the purchase of products through it imply acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
Purchase confirmation is subject to stock availability and payment method validation.
Prices are listed in the local currency and may be modified at any time.

3. Shipping & Deliveries (Argentina)

Processing Times: Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Final delivery via shipping carrier may take between 3 and 10 business days.

Shipping Providers: Orders are shipped through Correo Argentino or Andreani. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

Pick-up Point: We offer free local pick-up at our Belgrano (CABA) location, by prior coordination once the order is ready.

4. International Orders (Europe)

Until the launch of our EU online store (March), purchases are handled personally through WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email.

Products are shipped from Germany.
Taxes: No import duties apply within the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions: Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with original tags attached.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the item has been received and inspected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (designs, images, logos, and texts) is the property of Waimblum and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
